Well here's your solution! As a Virtual Agent, all you have to do is promote our services as property consultants with promotional codes and very simple invitation tools to find property owners and clients, from the comfort of your home.
There are two ways which can be used to refer property owners;
From your Virtual Agent account, you can submit the names and phone numbers of property owners you might know who are looking to rent or sell their property. You may also notice owner contact details on properties for sale or to let when out and about which you can send us!
You can also send invitation emails directly to property owners from your Virtual Agent account which includes a special sign-up link. If any register, they will benefit from a discount.
You can refer clients looking to rent or buy a property the same way you can refer owners.
For example, when you refer a buyer to us who purchases a property through Zanzi Homes, we give you an outright 5% of agency fee we receive! This means If we sell a property for €300,000 @ 5% agency fee, you will get €750 in referral fees!
There is no limit as to how many clients or owners and properties you can refer!
Virtual Agents can log into their accounts on our website to keep track of their activity such as how many property owners signed up and are tagged under their account, how many properties each owner listed with QuickLets and Zanzi Homes as well as the number of views and inquiries for those properties. You can also promote your listings to potential clients to increase your chances to earn referral fees!
All income will be displayed in your account and we'll get a nice fat cheque ready for you to collect from the respective office.
