1) Our Virtual Agent program is tailored gain new property owners rather than individual properties. Commissions are only paid on the first property rented or sold through any given property owner referred in accordance with the timelines below.

2) Virtual Agents can conveniently manage up to 30 linked property owners per account. Should the need arise, they you can remove expired property owners leads to accommodate new additions.

3) The introducer fees for referred property owners (properties) and clients, both for QuickLets and Zanzi Homes are paid at 5% of the agency fees collected by us. This means that introducer fees are paid net of any discounts granted to our clients.

4) Should you refer and owner who lists a block with us, commissions are only paid on the first property rented or sold from that developer.

5) In cases where a property is already registered in our system under a different property owner (e.g., spouse or parent or business partner), no commission will be awarded.

6) Successful leads, meaning property owners or home seekers who you refer and agree to work with QuickLets will be linked to your account, awarding you commissions in case of a successful transaction, for 3 months.

7) Successful leads, meaning property owners or home seekers who you refer and agree to work with Zanzi Homes will be linked to your account, awarding you commissions in case of a successful transaction, for 6 months.

8) Commissions are only paid upon contract, and once QuickLets or Zanzi Homes have collected their agency fees.

9) Any uncollected commissions after 6 months from notification date will expire and forfeited.

10) QuickLets and Zanzi Homes reserve the right to decline any virtual agents and or/leads at its own discretion.

11) It is the responsibility of the virtual agent to ensure they are collecting property owners and clients’ personal information in a lawful manner.

12) QuickLets and Zanzi Homes are committed to protecting the privacy and confidentiality of Virtual Agents', homeowners’, and homes seekers’ personal information. All data collected and processed in relation to the Virtual Agent program will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Virtual Agents can rest assured that their information will only be used for the purposes outlined in our Privacy Policy, which can be accessed through our website.
